Returns
You may receive a full refund where your purchase item is faulty, not to your exact liking or different from the order you have placed.
Your order must be returned within the 7 days of delivery of your purchased items unworn and with its original packaging.
All items must be returned with security tag intact.
You must obtain a returns authorisation code in order to facilitate any return. This can be achieved by e-mailing us or calling 00353 (0)1 6746662
No return will be processed without an authorisation code and will be sent back to sender.
GlovesbyPaulaRowan.ie will not be responsible for any return shipments that are lost so we advise that you keep all proof of posting documentation. GlovesbyPaulaRowan.ie will not take responsibility for any return shipments that are damaged while in return transit.
Your refund will be made within 30 days when purchase has been returned and cleared. Your refund will be made through the same method as your original payment.
